Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our team at PeaceHealth. As a key member of our cardiac rehabilitation program, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to individuals participating in inpatient or outpatient cardiac, pulmonary, and vascular rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized initial patient interviews and assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Implement, modify, and supervise therapeutic programs for patients and family members
  • Assess and re-assess patient progress throughout the program to modify plans of care
  • Develop safe and appropriate exercise prescriptions for diverse patient populations with multiple co-morbidities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development and life stages
  • Current state licensure and certifications as applicable
