About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to provide high-quality mental health services to our patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric services to patients, including evaluations, treatment, and monitoring of psychotropic medications.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure uniformity of mental health services and documentation of psychiatric services.
  • Provide supervision and oversight to psychiatric nurse (if applicable) and consultation/training services to mental health and medical staff.
  • Exercise independent medical judgment in diagnosis and treatment of patients while adhering to approved medication formulary and notifying appropriate staff of clinical or administrative concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Doctorate in psychiatry.
  • Training and experience providing psychiatric services to an adult population.
  • Physician who is licensed to practice medicine in the state of employment.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
  • CPR Certified.
