Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hand Therapist to join our team at Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery. As a Hand Therapist, you will play a vital role in rehabilitating patients with upper extremity physical disabilities, providing expert care and guidance to help them regain function and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, including splinting, exercise regimens, and modalities, to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress, conduct periodic examinations, and modify treatments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational or physical therapy.
  • Physical or Occupational Therapist License in Washington.
  • Certified Hand Therapist.
  • BLS certified.
  • Minimum two years of experience as an occupational or physical therapist, in a hand clinic setting.
