  • Oversees attendance tracking and manages employee evaluations.
  • Maintains and updates records for hourly employees, including job transitions and disciplinary actions.
  • Handles communication notices, attendance concerns, and employee inquiries.
  • Supports company events, employee meetings, and various initiatives within the People department.
  • Manages food services and employee amenities, contributes to onboarding processes, and recommends process enhancements.
  • Advises Supervisors and Managers on employment legislation and administers recognition initiatives.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • PHR or SHRM certification is preferred.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of employment law and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in Employee Relations is advantageous.
