- Assist experienced personnel in troubleshooting and resolving systems problems, requiring a strong understanding of security and fire products, software, and systems.
- Perform commissioning documentation and provide accurate information for as-builts documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, local, and national codes, with a focus on employee and subcontractor safety.
- Maintain relevant security and fire industry certifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs, wants, and existing systems.
- Monitor project execution and report any issues or changes to supervisors or management.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation.
- Engage in self-study to maintain technical proficiency on required products and applications.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in security, fire, or low voltage electronics.
- Experience with programming fire systems or CCTV cameras.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
- Clean driving record and access to a vehicle for daily driving.
