Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and innovate customer experiences and user journeys that are not only consistent but also intuitive and engaging.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, strategists, and project managers to design comprehensive customer experiences across various platforms.
  • Utilize an in-depth understanding of the organization's product offerings and market dynamics to inform design decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret creative briefs in collaboration with the experience design team.
  • Align customer objectives with business requirements while navigating technical constraints.
  • Implement Design Thinking methodologies alongside agile practices.
  • Formulate content strategies through thorough analysis, including content inventories and user testing.
  • Simplify the customer journey through clear, thoughtful, and personalized communication.
  • Act as the advocate for the customer, ensuring that brand experiences are world-class.
  • Present project goals, insights, and creative solutions effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Interpret feedback from stakeholders and relay it to the design team for further refinement.
  • Experiment with innovative tools and techniques, sharing insights with the team.
  • Engage in all project phases, motivating and mentoring team members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to facilitate informed discussions and guide decision-making.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by participating in industry events and conferences.
  • Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven background in print media.
  • Exceptional command of language, grammar, and syntax.
  • Advanced proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, and InDesign.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing various writing styles and subject matters.
  • Experience in presenting work to clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Design Thinking principles.
  • Understanding of interaction design and user interface navigation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web technologies and their limitations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating creative concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Open and direct in providing feedback and seeking assistance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in building relationships with senior executives and managing diverse interests.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to communication strategies.
  • Collaborative team player with a history of delivering high-quality work in dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in external communications is a plus.
