Key Responsibilities- Manage Office Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Support Managers and Employees: Provide administrative assistance to managers and employees, including preparing and organizing office documents and records.
- Communicate Effectively: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation of dealership activities and maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage Customer Information: Input and update customer information in the dealership management system.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Assist in preparing reports and presentations to support business operations.
- Manage Vehicle Inventory: Assist with vehicle inventory management, including tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all vehicle documentation is complete and accurate.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook), familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Work Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
