Customer Success Manager

Cyber security is a rapidly growing field, and Imperva is at the forefront of innovation. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our solutions.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving customer success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure high customer satisfaction and account growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, services, and engineering, to drive customer adoption and time-to-value
- Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our solutions
- Identify and address customer needs, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Partner with customers to review services, manage escalations, and prepare business reviews to ensure customers have leveraged all relevant features and identify growth opportunities
- Represent the voice of the customer across Imperva, managing customer surveys, sharing insights, and defining feature requests
- 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing customer success, technical account management, or sales engineering role within the web/network/information industry
- Technical knowledge of HTTP, DNS, SSL, web applications, load balancers, web optimization, and ideally proxies and firewalls
- Awareness and understanding of data and application protection regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and develop trusted advisor status
- Ability to work within a globally dispersed, cross-cultural team in a fluctuating workload environment
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple clients and internal stakeholders
