Join Our Team as a Customer Success Manager

Cyber security is a rapidly growing field, and Imperva is at the forefront of innovation. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure high customer satisfaction and account growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, services, and engineering, to drive customer adoption and time-to-value
  • Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our solutions
  • Identify and address customer needs, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Partner with customers to review services, manage escalations, and prepare business reviews to ensure customers have leveraged all relevant features and identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the voice of the customer across Imperva, managing customer surveys, sharing insights, and defining feature requests
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing customer success, technical account management, or sales engineering role within the web/network/information industry
  • Technical knowledge of HTTP, DNS, SSL, web applications, load balancers, web optimization, and ideally proxies and firewalls
  • Awareness and understanding of data and application protection regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and develop trusted advisor status
  • Ability to work within a globally dispersed, cross-cultural team in a fluctuating workload environment
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple clients and internal stakeholders
