Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs and provide transparent and timely communication throughout the repair process. You will also be responsible for writing repair orders, communicating with technicians and parts teams, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience and performance, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and accrued vacation time. You will also have access to extensive and ongoing training with specialists, as well as discounts on products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs and provide transparent and timely communication throughout the repair process.
- Write repair orders and communicate with technicians and parts teams to ensure efficient and effective completion of work.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Tech savvy, with the ability to learn and utilize technology to support the service process.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, preferred but not required.
