Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Operations Manager, your duties will include:
1. Operating and maintaining all store equipment.
2. Managing inventory, including stocking ingredients and conducting regular inventory checks.
3. Preparing and processing customer orders efficiently.
4. Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store and equipment.
Training and Development:

Be prepared for varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks. Inside the store, temperatures may range from 36 degrees in the cooler to over 90 degrees in some areas.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires:
1. Standing for extended periods.
2. Occasional lifting of heavy items.
3. Frequent walking and reaching.
Additional Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you may also be responsible for delivering products to customers, which requires a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
