Job Description

As a key member of our Salon Service Group team, the Area Market Leader - Salon Sales will be responsible for leading a group of stores to achieve sales growth and KPI benchmarks. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and maintain a high-performing team, drive sales performance, and maintain standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of store managers to achieve sales growth and KPI benchmarks.
  • Drive sales performance through effective communication, analysis, and strategy implementation.
  • Maintain high visual standards of merchandising display techniques and well-kept store environments.
  • Regularly visit stores to identify areas for improvement and ensure progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising multiple direct reports.
  • Proven track record of team growth and development.
  • Previous multi-unit management experience required.
  • Background in the beauty industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and clear-thinking skills.
