Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects and programs, navigating project teams and stakeholders to create and follow roadmaps.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, iteration plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 7+ years of project lead experience in an IT department, with a strong focus on tracking, maintenance, and planning projects.
  • Proven knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Project Server, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong working knowledge of software programs, including Microsoft Office and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IT re-platforming and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience with TFS/ADO Work Items, Process Templates, Build Scripts, Areas, and Iterations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
