Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Project Manager to join our team at OnQGlobal, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility start-up and commissioning, with experience working on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the Commissioning Plan developed by the Cx Program Manager and oversee the Site Cx Lead and MEP Cx Field Technicians.
  • Ability to clearly set expectations for project quality planning in an articulate manner to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to describe in detail any problems and help others understand what is needed for corrective and preventive action.
  • Proven ability to work with internal and external partners in a positive, productive way that encourages collaboration.
  • Experience collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, and visualizing complex sources of data, ultimately used to derive insights and form recommendations to improve commissioning deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-10+ years of facility start-up and commissioning experience on large scale construction projects.
  • Strong project management skills (e.g. ability to plan, coordinate and execute assigned tasks).
  • Strong soft skills (e.g. effective communicator, works well in a team environment, can maintain composure in stressful situations).
  • Familiarity with various project management and commissioning software programs (Procore, CxAlloy, etc).

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a PM or Cx Lead role.
  • GC experience preferred / solid construction background.
  • High tech facility experience.
