Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement and Subcontracts Manager to join our team at Diversified Recruiting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of major subcontract execution and full integration of the subcontract work scope within the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute major subcontracts, ensuring cost, schedule, technical, and quality compliance.
  • Develop and implement subcontract strategies to improve KPIs and ROIs.
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Business Development, and other functions to ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze complex issues and communicate effectively with Program and Supply Chain Executive Leadership.
  • Work closely with SCMs, Program Management, and Technical personnel to support high-dollar value proposals and subcontracts.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR requirements, Prime Contract flow downs, International Trade Compliance, ITAR, EAR, Import/Export, General Provisions, Terms and Conditions, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement and/or Subcontracts, with a strong background in contract types, government proposals, and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
  • Advanced negotiation skills, subcontractor management, and program risk management experience.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in FAR/DFAR requirements, Prime Contract flow downs, International Trade Compliance, ITAR, EAR, Import/Export, General Provisions, Terms and Conditions, policies, and procedures.
  • Expert understanding of Subcontracts relationship with other functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage experience and data analysis.
  • Experience with Intellectual Property (IP) and Patent requirements.
