Position Overview:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the engineering support and leadership of high voltage electrical systems and safety initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing engineering assistance to maintenance, operations, and production engineers across the facility.
  • Delivering electrical engineering support focused on continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and technical solutions for recurring design and process challenges.
  • Developing, managing, and executing capital projects, major repairs, and maintenance tasks while offering electrical engineering support to all manufacturing areas.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing context.
  • Proficiency in industrial high voltage systems and 480VAC power distribution, transformers, automation, process control systems, drives, and PLCs.
  • Experience in leading and executing electrical projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience with a solid understanding of electrical systems and manufacturing principles.
  • 5 years of experience with high voltage electrical equipment, including design, application specification, maintenance, and failure analysis.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
