Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, restoring product flow, and delivering technical solutions to recurring design and process challenges. Responsibilities include analyzing equipment and process data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and devising solutions and system enhancements to address these needs. The role also involves managing and executing capital projects, major repairs, and maintenance initiatives while providing process engineering support.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of experience in the electrical engineering domain
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and principles


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in ladder logic and programming/troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), with a preference for Rockwell and Allen Bradley PLC experience
  • Experience in specifying, installing, and troubleshooting DC and AC motor drive systems
  • Familiarity with networking equipment, including installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning, particularly in relation to Automation Communication
  • Knowledge of power distribution systems
