Job Summary

The Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma. This role involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes
  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Collect data to determine the root cause of problems and measure performance against process requirements
  • Align improvement to performance shortfalls and provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
  • Deliver presentations and training courses, including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
  • Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes
  • Perform cost and benefit analyses and begin to influence department strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMI/PMP certification
  • 5 or more years' experience planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • 3 or more years of Change Management experience
  • Proficiency in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project targets and milestones
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project, and Visio
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to interact with and defend position with senior management
