About the Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Lowe's. As a Nurse Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that employees receive appropriate medical treatment and assistance after a workplace injury.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in case management. You will be responsible for managing an assigned caseload of medical workers' compensation cases, empowering employees with the tools to make informed decisions about their treatment options, and promoting return to work.

You will also be expected to work collaboratively with internal and external personnel to resolve claims and provide education to claims examiners and human resource staff on medical issues.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply clinical and nursing knowledge to determine future medical needs and associated costs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,100 - $96,900 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned caseload of medical workers' compensation cases
  • Empower employees with the tools to make informed decisions about their treatment options
  • Promote return to work
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external personnel to resolve claims
  • Provide education to claims examiners and human resource staff on medical issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience in a clinical position
  • 3-5 Years of Experience as a Case Manager or Utilization Review Nurse in worker's compensation
  • Unrestricted RN license in home State
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
