Covenant Case Management Services is committed to providing exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team as a respite care provider.
About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's safety and well-being, both in the home and the community. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
