Covenant Case Management Services is a reputable organization dedicated to providing exceptional support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team as Support Care Specialists. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship to the individual.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere to promote the individual's well-being.
  • Ensure the individual's safety and security in all settings.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**What We Offer:**
