Job Title: Registered Nurse

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Job:

This Registered Nurse position at Atrium Health Charlotte involves providing comprehensive nursing care using telephone triage protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics and ED triage, with experience in telephone triage desired.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform telephone triage with diverse patient populations
  • Assess needed care and collaborate with patients and others to provide clinical solutions
  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessment in an untraditional nursing environment
  • Actively participate in team conferences and help assess patient education needs
  • Notify each practice, physician, and/or managed care client of all encounters with patients, parents or managed care clients regardless of follow-up needs before office opening
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required
  • BSN preferred
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina required
  • Must apply for and maintain a South Carolina Registered Nurse license and any other Registered Nurse licenses from states that new clients may reside in
