Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Flagstar Bank. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients by assisting them with processing routine financial transactions on a day-to-day basis in accordance with all Bank policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and service clients in a friendly and courteous manner, answering phones and providing account information as needed.
- Process client transactions, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, issuing official checks and money orders, transfers, general ledger entries, and completion of CTRs accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an adequate cash supply at all times, ensuring established drawer limits are not exceeded.
- Balance cash on hand, transactions processed, and negotiable items daily to ensure totals prove to the figures on record in the computer.
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you must have:
- A High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-3 years of customer service and sales experience required.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $40,000-$60,000 depending on location and experience.
