GENERAL PURPOSE
As a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in our organization. We seek a forward-thinking professional who can spearhead the implementation of Salesforce B2B solutions.

Your expertise in enhancing the Salesforce user experience is crucial, as the role demands a passion for B2B Commerce and a commitment to designing solutions that prioritize user satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of the Salesforce B2B platform.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring team members and engaging in cross-functional technology guilds.

- Collaborate within a digital engineering team responsible for application development and integration across Salesforce B2B and related platforms.

- Contribute to coding standards, oversee code reviews, and uphold best practices in source control, testing, release management, and related processes.

- Supervise a team while understanding their functional capabilities.

- Identify and mentor individual team members' career development needs, facilitating growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop B2B Commerce solutions encompassing Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Search, Product Recommendations, Inventory Management, and Order Management through configuration.
- Set up, build, and maintain Salesforce Communities/Experience sites (Aura/LWR) utilizing Standard/Custom Lightning Web Components.
- Leverage Salesforce APIs/MuleSoft for integration with other organizational systems.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to validate business requirements and address considerations such as security, scalability, and limits.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Employ problem-solving skills to independently execute solutions.
- Assist Product Owners in defining new features and translating technical requirements.
- Communicate status updates and open issues clearly to the development team and leadership.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to meet business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce cloud technologies.
- Proficient in CMS, Order Management, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with business stakeholders and Salesforce team members.
- Familiarity with Headless Commerce, GA, and MuleSoft Integration.

Desirable:
- Salesforce B2B Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.

Skills and Abilities Required:
- Experience in implementing and developing with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- General web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.
- Proficient in gathering requirements and presenting solutions to stakeholders.

Desirable:
- Competency in additional programming languages and development (JavaScript, SQL, REST/SOAP-based web services, etc.).
- Experience with integration involving external/third-party systems such as CMS, POS, ERP, and payment processors.
- Demonstrates ongoing personal and professional development.
