Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training content for manufacturing technicians
  • Create SOPs, Batch Records, Deviations, CAPAs, and other related documents
  • Assist with drafting instructions for complex manufacturing processes
  • Mentor new employees and provide consistent support to staff

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Background in cell culture, aseptic technique, aseptic gowning, and qualification
  • Experience leading development initiatives and mentoring new employees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
