About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through door-to-door sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell telecommunications services to residential customers in assigned territories
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record required
What We Offer:

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary of $$60,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
