About The Joint Chiropractic

We are a world-class organization dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients. We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to members and patients
  • Greet members and patients upon arrival, check them in, and answer phone calls
  • Re-engage inactive members and stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Recognize and support team goals, create and maintain positive relationships with team members, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Present and sell memberships and visit packages, and keep management apprised of member concerns
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks, educate patients on wellness offerings, and work cohesively with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with members and patients
  • Ability to manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
