Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient services and contributing to the success of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient services, including greeting patients, checking them in, and answering phone calls.
  • Manage patient flow through the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
