Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing clinic operations, and supporting our chiropractors in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor
  • Manage patient flow, scheduling, and registration
  • Process payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management
  • Stay up-to-date on clinic policies, procedures, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a medical or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
