About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our team at Progyny. As a key member of our contracting team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business teams on a wide range of contracting matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with various stakeholders
  • Prepare contracts, term sheets, and letters of agreement in collaboration with different teams
  • Review and provide meaningful feedback on contract drafts
  • Analyze existing contracts using our contract management platform and create reporting on contract progress
  • Partner with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contracting tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience with commercial agreements
  • Minimum 2 years' working in healthcare or a related regulated industry
  • Experience with contract management, document governance, and legal administration
  • Knowledge of Ironclad and Microsoft suite of products is a plus
