About the Role:

Progyny is seeking a highly motivated Senior Contract Specialist to provide thoughtful support to our business teams on a broad range of contracting matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, commercial agreements, and contract management. They will be responsible for reviewing and providing meaningful feedback on contract terms and conditions, as well as advising on complex and varied contracting issues.

The Senior Contract Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing existing contracts using our contract management platform and creating reporting on contract progress to the broader legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and track contract terms and conditions to verify compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations
  • Assist the team with a variety of contracting, including vendor, client, provider, and privacy agreements
  • Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to return documents in a timely manner
  • Work with a variety of contract software and reporting tools
  • Master certain contract areas while constantly broadening subject matter expertise across into new and different contract types
  • Informally assist team members on templated agreements
  • Be proactive in communication approach and apply continuous improvement techniques to problem solving

About You:

We are looking for a collaborative teammate who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5-7 years' experience with commercial agreements. They will also have a minimum of 2 years' working in healthcare or a related regulated industry.
