Key Responsibilities- Review and track contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations
- Assist the team with various contracting activities, including vendor, client, provider, and privacy agreements
- Self-monitor progress and return documents in a timely manner
- Work with contract software and reporting tools
- Master contract areas and broaden subject matter expertise across different contract types
- Informally assist team members on templated agreements
- Apply continuous improvement techniques to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience with commercial agreements
- Minimum 2 years' working in healthcare or a related regulated industry
- Experience with contract management, document governance, and legal administration
- Knowledge of Ironclad and Microsoft suite of products is a plus
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience reviewing healthcare payer contracts is preferred
