**Speech and Communication Specialist Role:**

Aequor Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Communication Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with patients to help them achieve their speech and communication goals.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Consult with teachers, parents, or medical providers to coordinate care
  • Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress
  • Report patient progress and current status to appropriate parties

**Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments
  • Excellent coaching, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Speech Pathologist
  • Certification in BLS
  • Certification in ACLS

**Estimated Salary:** Up to $114,805/year based on 40 hours/week and $2746/week
