Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving company profitability through effective customer engagement, technician leadership, service sales, and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience with mechanical and/or control systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction or HVAC sector, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and related building subsystems is essential.

Preferred Skills

  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in integrating low voltage building subsystems using various industry protocols (e.g., LON, BacNet) is preferred.
