Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Analyst to join our team at Wolters Kluwer. As a key member of our Service organization, you will play a critical role in driving business performance, customer experience, and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Service leaders and teams to understand reporting and analytical needs, and develop solutions to empower teams with actionable insights.
  • Represent the Service organization on multi-function business teams, addressing objectives, challenges, and opportunities to maximize revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Engage in standard data management practices, collecting internal and external data, and utilizing PowerBI and other tools to provide standardized dashboards, reporting, and capabilities.
  • Monitor Service performance against operational goals, ensuring teams provide superior customer service, and report on customer and Partner(s) service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the Service organization, and assist with the development of Service strategy and implementation.
Requirements
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent, or 4+ years industry-related experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 4+ years industry-related experience and 2+ years leadership/management experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Proficient with Salesforce, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications: Managing multiple concurrent projects, working independently and in a team environment, collaborating across multiple internal teams, and demonstrating strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
