About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Consumer Experience Principal Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving consumer experience initiatives and improving the overall quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Consumer Experience Strategies
    • Design and implement data-driven consumer experience strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices to enhance consumer experience.
  • Lead and Manage Projects
    • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of work products within budget.
    • Develop and manage project teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide Expertise and Guidance
    • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to leadership, staff, and providers on consumer experience initiatives.
    • Develop and deliver presentations, education, and materials to all levels of leadership and management on program-wide performance, programs, and projects.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
    • Collaborate with leadership, staff, and providers to identify and mitigate barriers to consumer experience improvement.
    • Participate in regional and national work groups to drive improved experience initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum eight (8) years of related experience.
    • Bachelor's degree required or four (4) years of related work experience required.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Thorough knowledge of policies, practices, and systems.
    • Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
    • Considered a functional expert in the field within Kaiser Permanente.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Masters degree highly preferred or six (6) years of experience in a directly related field.
