We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Principal to join our team at ECS Southwest, LLP. As a key member of our geotechnical department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting our geotechnical staff in delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and support to geotechnical staff
- Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to provide technical solutions
- Mentor Associate Principals and participate in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation
- Oversee projects, perform technical report reviews, and prepare and review proposals
- Assist with management of the department and P&L, and participate in business development and marketing efforts
- Lead and coach junior staff members
- Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering
- 12 years of related experience
- Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in each state where you work
We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000-$150,000/year, depending on location and qualifications. Our company is employee-owned and provides a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
