Position Summary: The Cash Management Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. This position oversees the Cash Management Specialists, ensuring effective support and guidance within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of Cash Management Specialists, ensuring optimal performance and development.
- Oversee daily operations including customer implementations, monthly reporting, and documentation management.
- Ensure team members are well-versed in cash management products and digital solutions.
- Maintain compliance with all cash management processes and departmental regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for corporate clients, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Facilitate comprehensive training for customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Monitor and generate reports as needed, including daily and monthly performance metrics.
- Assist with Account Analysis processing on a monthly basis.
- Provide backup support for product and risk analysis related to inventory management.
- Contribute to various Cash Management and Institutional Banking functions as required.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training and adhere to federal and state regulations.
- Follow bank policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial deposit and cash management products.
- Understanding of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Effective delegation and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and financial privacy.
Certifications: Accredited ACH Professional certification is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, is essential.
Work Environment: The role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
