Position Summary: The Cash Management Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. This position oversees the Cash Management Specialists, ensuring effective support and guidance within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of Cash Management Specialists, ensuring optimal performance and development.
  • Oversee daily operations including customer implementations, monthly reporting, and documentation management.
  • Ensure team members are well-versed in cash management products and digital solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with all cash management processes and departmental regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for corporate clients, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training for customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Monitor and generate reports as needed, including daily and monthly performance metrics.
  • Assist with Account Analysis processing on a monthly basis.
  • Provide backup support for product and risk analysis related to inventory management.
  • Contribute to various Cash Management and Institutional Banking functions as required.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training and adhere to federal and state regulations.
  • Follow bank policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial deposit and cash management products.
  • Understanding of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Effective delegation and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and financial privacy.

Certifications: Accredited ACH Professional certification is mandatory.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, is essential.

Work Environment: The role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
