Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Counselor to join our team at SANTA CRUZ COMMUNITY. The successful candidate will provide counseling services to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field.
  • Experience working with clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
