Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Evening Housekeeper/Lobby to join our team at Hilton Boston Woburn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas during overnight hours.

You will work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may also be required to conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
  • Able to convey information and ideas clearly, and evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
