Job Summary:
The City of San Juan Bautista is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the city operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and providing information to the public.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that offers an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and process financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
* Provide information to the public and other Agency employees on Administrative Services Division functions, policies, and administrative procedures
* Answer telephone calls and assist the public
* Route and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintain a variety of files and records

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
