The Role:
To achieve sales objectives through outstanding artistry and exemplary customer service.

As a Key Holder, you will embody Charlotte Tilbury's philosophy of 'artistry made easy', serving as a true brand ambassador and consistently reflecting the brand's values.


Role Responsibilities:
Sales
  • Lead by example to consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).
  • Collaborate effectively to achieve and exceed team and counter goals.
  • Enhance brand visibility through sharing and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
  • Monitor personal performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Proactively schedule appointments and maximize every consultation opportunity.
Customer Service
  • Consistently promote the Tilbury Touch and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Efficiently manage customer inquiries, exercising sound judgment and achieving positive resolutions, escalating to your line manager when necessary.
  • Seize every opportunity to extend outstanding customer service beyond the in-store experience, driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within company guidelines.
Artistry
  • Inspire the team by demonstrating exceptional artistry; provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to develop Retail Artists.
  • Exhibit fluency in Charlotte Tilbury's makeup style, language, and product expertise.
  • Drive masterclasses and in-store events, ensuring appointments are fully booked.
  • Actively support counter events and new product launches; share innovative ideas.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming standards at all times, reflecting your makeup look in accordance with Charlotte Tilbury's grooming guidelines.
People
  • Exhibit a positive and collaborative attitude towards your work and colleagues.
  • Contribute to individual and team development plans through constructive feedback.
  • Uphold high standards of punctuality on counter to ensure team efficiency.
  • Foster an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times.
Operations
  • Ensure that exceptional visual and hygiene standards are upheld on the counter at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining required stock levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
  • Adhere to company cash loss prevention and security policies at all times.
  • Maintain technology on counter, promptly reporting any operational issues to your line manager for resolution.
Store and Retail Partner Relationships
  • Establish and nurture a cooperative and respectful relationship with the store retail operations team, ensuring adherence to all store policies.
  • Proactively suggest mutually beneficial opportunities to your line manager to drive sales within the store and develop a collaborative relationship with store retail colleagues.

Reporting Relationships:
Report to Boutique Manager & Assistant Boutique Manager
