Job Summary

Zak Designs is seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our warehouse team as a Pallet Build-Up Assembler. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient palletization of products, adhering to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Label and package cartons according to customer requirements
  • Shrink-wrap pallets to secure products
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure product integrity
  • Annotate piece count on packing slips and submit completed paperwork for processing
  • Perform other duties as required, including backup support for warehouse shipping operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 6-12 months of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, shipping documents, and memos
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic arithmetic operations
  • Reasoning ability to apply common sense and follow standardized procedures
Work Environment:

The work environment is moderate to loud, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts. The employee will be required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
