Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, including checking credentials, processing sales, and offering drinks and amenities.
  • Interact with airline passengers in a professional and pleasant manner, welcoming them by name and assisting them throughout their stay.
  • Be knowledgeable about the lounge, its facilities, and services, as well as the surrounding area.
  • Communicate effectively with guests over the phone and in person, providing information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed, and complete paperwork related to daily sales and operations.
  • Conduct passenger counts and miscellaneous reporting, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cash management and experience with general office administration.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
