We are seeking a part-time Real Estate Adjunct Professor to join our team at Collin College. This role offers an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with students in a dynamic learning environment.

About the Role

This adjunct faculty position is responsible for teaching courses in real estate, adhering to the approved course descriptions and syllabi established by the Division faculty. You will be required to teach on one or more of the college's campuses or off-site locations, including evening and weekend programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching real estate courses in accordance with the schedule of classes
  • Developing and delivering coursework that reflects a commitment to the college's core values
  • Maintaining professional standards for faculty in accordance with college policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An associate degree in any discipline and an active license as a Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas
  • Teaching experience is desired, but not required

As a Security Sensitive position, candidates will be subject to a criminal background check.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000, based on industry standards and the location. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as access to professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
