Job Overview

We seek an experienced Hospital Director to lead our multi-site operations in North Dallas and Collin County. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical and financial success while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Directly oversee hospital operations, lead teams across all departments, and partner with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Strategic Orientation: Develop market insights, build relationships with referring veterinarians, and execute short- and long-term growth plans.
  • Financial Analysis & Planning: Create annual operating budgets, review financial statements, and implement corrective actions to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
  • Business Operations: Drive results across all business elements, develop a deep understanding of our mission, vision, and values, and align work with business goals.
Requirements / Personal Attributes
  • 5+ years of progressive operational management experience with a record of success, including experience managing a P&L.
  • MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Healthcare (veterinary or human) experience preferred, but not required.
  • Multi-site leadership experience preferred, but not required.
