About the Role

CBRE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President to lead our Valuation and Advisory Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for preparing market value appraisals on complex assets, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the value of real estate assets
  • Develop and implement effective valuation strategies to meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality appraisal reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of commercial appraisal experience, with a strong background in valuation and advisory services
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality appraisal reports and meeting client expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
