We are seeking a highly skilled Task Leader to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to work on mission-critical projects that impact the lives of citizens across the National Capital Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine project scope, requirements, and deliverables with clients or customers.
  • Develop, modify, or provide input to project plans to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Implement project plans to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and integrate project activities to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage, lead, or administer project resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support project management.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a technical or managerial business role.
  • Possess excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
