Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Public Relations representative for the hotel, promoting the establishment within the hospitality sector and local community.
  • Monitor guest feedback on various platforms and address concerns promptly.
  • Assist in resolving guest issues and facilitate service recovery processes.
  • Participate in the recruitment process and complete necessary onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage personnel actions, including disciplinary measures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including cash flow and billing reports.
  • Engage in morning meetings and lead departmental discussions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all franchise and company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to the establishment of hotel service standards and model these for staff.

  • Support the General Manager in conducting wage surveys and ensuring competitive employee compensation.

  • Build strong relationships with hotel staff and departments to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory audits and ensure departments are equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Provide effective leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Uphold brand standards in staff appearance and property maintenance.
  • Assist in strategic business planning for the hotel.
  • Be available for emergency situations as required.
  • Recognize the significance of corporate clients and collaborate closely with the sales team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
