  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the section of responsibility, including physical equipment and facilities.
  • Verify guest passes, credentials, and tickets for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
  • Enforce all Events Center policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  • Prepare for each event by acquiring relevant show information and familiarizing yourself with the ticketing system.
  • Operate ticket scanners and turnstiles efficiently, ensuring smooth guest flow.
  • Visually inspect guests for prohibited items and direct them to the correct entrances and areas.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to emergency exit doors and restricted areas.
  • Collaborate with event supervisors and management staff to address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide exceptional service to club and suite guests, protecting their limited access areas.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • Effective oral communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to interact with guests and staff on a professional basis.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
