Project Manager

At Ponca City Development Authority, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction technology, equipment, methods, scheduling, cost control, safety, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of construction projects.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and laborers, to ensure effective project execution.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
- Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel, adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction technology, equipment, methods, scheduling, cost control, safety, and supervision.
